Panasonic #whatmovesus

Panasonic needed to gain the attention of today’s business leaders, millennials. There was just one problem, when they thought of Panasonic their minds went straight to microwaves and their parents’ T.V.s. How did we connect millennials with the 102-year-old Japanese company? Passion. The #whatmovesus campaign was created to show millennials that like them, Panasonic leads with passion and takes action to make the world a better place.

Awards: Won Gold in the B2 Awards in the Brand Purpose Category

This campaign was kicked off by introducing Team Panasonic, a partnership with Olympic athletes who share Panasonic’s passion for moving society forward.

We captured stories that shared how the leaders of tomorrow are created through partnerships with organizations like Students 2 Science.

I wrote the scripts for the brand film that tells the story of the passion behind Panasonic and for the videos that show how Panasonic technologies are creating a safer, more sustainable world.

I wrote copy for a series of web banners that drove audiences to landing pages that dive deeper into the featured stories.

Below is one example of website copy I wrote for the campaign. It’s on the consumer electronics chapter, telling millennial parents how Panasonic can make life easier and healthier so they can focus on what matters.
